Your order can be delivered by Australia Post, Courier Please or Fastway. You will be notified the carrier.

How can I claim warranty?

You must first contact us for any issue that you concern about the product. Photos and videos can help speed up a resolution.

How can I send a photo or video to ANP?

Where do I send the item for repair/ replacement?

You will be given the address via email to return an item. We will inspect then repair or replace.

How long does it take to get the return product repaired?

We will need to assess the product and identify what is the cause. Then we can notify you how long it will take to repair.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed the order?

Usually you can cancel your order before it is dispatched and no cost incurs.

If you cancel your order after it is dispatched, you can return it once received. The return postage is at your own cost. The product must not be installed and in original conditions.

Can I send the product back if I am not happy with it?

Every listed product is well described for your information before purchase, so please make an informed decision from the information supplied. If the product has not been installed and still brand new, you can return it for a refund less postage costs. If you have installed the item and send back without damage we will refund less 10% restocking fee. If the item is damaged we cannot refund.
